How am I paid:
Cactus may be paid through a combination of Brokerage (Commision paid by the provider), Broker fees and Administration fees (paid through your policy charge), after taxes and levies.
The Cactus Administration Fee is $60.00 plus GST payable annually Cactus receives commission from the recommended insurance provider from the premium they charge you which ranges between 10% and 25% of each premium, depending on which insurance products you choose to proceed with. Cactus may charge an additional Service Fee depending on the complexity of the support you require. This may range from 0% to 30% unless otherwise stated.

As a Financial Adviser, it is my duty to abide by the Code of Conduct for Financial Service Providers.
To ensure I put your interests ahead of my own, I follow a documented advice process when providing personalised financial advice which is based on your individual requirements. I provide all my recommendations in writing so that you have the opportunity to ask any questions at the time you put your cover in place. If you are unhappy with any aspect of my service, please tell me so that we can manage it through my internal complaint process and email it through to feedback@hicactus.com.
